i got my phone repaired recently, it crashed on the floor really hard..........
the warranty period was over so i got it repaired from a local shop
the screen was broken so i got it repaired and now its workin fine but the memory card is not
"memory card not inserted" is the error.
i'm using an original sony 2gb m2 .
it worked perfectly before the repair works.....
i've tried using other mmc's but the problem remains the same.
though when i turn on my phone i get a message to format my card but when i try to do that it says,"Formatting Failed".
i've flashed my phone once after the repair works.
i know the phone's card reader might have been damaged but is there nething i can do before sending it for the repair works....?
i really dont wanna send it for the repair work again.....

Seems like a hardware issue. Sending for repair again is your best option.
