Whenever i switch On camera of my K800i, i am getting " Another Application running. Please close it to start camera" message. Immediately after that i noticed that camera viewfinder is over shadowed partially with some black film. Have a look at pics.




can someone suggest any solution for this problem. can this film be corrected by opening the camera module?

Replace the original camera driver. The k800 has a shutter that automatically closes when its dropped or given a shock. I think thats what your looking at.

it is a virgin mobile with original drivers. no flashing done. .
