Huh? What 'Vkp File' to you need? The one you posted IS a vkp file. I think you need to follow this...

i think he probably means that he doesn't know how to make the .vkp file and wants someone to make it for him... here (i hope this what you were talking about, unzip it and the .vkp file is in it):

Ah yes sorry dog_15. Making vkp is easy. Copy text and paste into notepad, then 'save as', then select 'all files' and save as "<whatever>.vkp"
