I have a W595 and want to change my operator Name '3' to my name. How can I do this?

I loaded up my phone in A2 Tool file system manager. How do I edit networklist.xml? I double click on the file but it doesnt open.

its an xml file, just open it using a text editor.
you can check out Notepad++ its quite versatile and available for Windows OS !

ok, so I tried editing networklist.xml and just networklist neither worked. Any ideas?

Edit: I just did a network search and it found the other ones I renamed, just not 3. I renamed 3 UK but it didn't work

I think you will have to switch networks or just enter the network list on your phone to get it renamed

you could also hide the normal operator name and use a flashwallpaper to read out the operator name...this way you can also have your name as operator name.
Then make the flash file load another picture as backgroundimage

Place it out of the screen with SELE

Theres no W595 model on there :/

Open with SELE "layout_main.xml" or something like that, and then search for the operator name.
Drag the operator name to the outside of the screen.
Save the layout, then upload it back to your phone.

No . You have to put Verizon in Hex numbers, and replace '57003500390035000000' with it

I cant use jjpatcher due to the fact there is no file called ' jab3b4ded00cb34b3cc77a6699f87ac10753fa701.b' on my phone :S

Have you moved the app from the memory card to your phone memory?

Edit: FOudn the file,I was just being blind

running jjpatcher with the file saved as verzion.vkp (ANSI) in memorycard\other\patches makes my phone restart when I run the app then the Verizon doesn't come up, Still my network operator

Just move your operator out of screen with SELE and put text on your wallpaper
