i used the a2upload it worked fine but when i tried it again my idiot brother unpluged my phone to plug his. he unpluged it during the last step so i tried it again to see if that would fix and fiished all the steps so then i turned it on and it was loading ups normaly but then when the normal start screen should appear it just says configuration error .what can i du to fix this ,the phone was new so there isnt any things that i needed like numbers n stuff so i dont mind reseting it completly so how can i du it?
