well i flashed my s500i to w850i and it worked out great. So I tried to test my luck and go for W880 ; but it failed so I went back to the original s500i software .
Now the real problem started to occur once finished flashing (to S500i) I only got a black screen and the vibrating buzz when you normal boot on my phone and after that no logo no lights no sound nothing . I tried almost everything : the official se-updater and the JDflasher in far manager
did i make my phone go fubar or is it still usable

Have you made a GDFS back-up?

You can only flash to W580 if you can connect to Far + Jdflash then flash to the W580 CID53 firmware and se if your phone boots

i alreddy tryed that andno i didn't made an GDFS back-up becous jdfasher doesn't have that option or not that i know of

i forgot to daa that i have the cid35 kind

get this phone a gdfs repair using setool via testpoint

ahh shii it's a CID53 colour red i don't know what the different with a CID52 or CID51 is i just know it would have been a lot easier

flashed it with other s500 still no luck it does give a buzz but it doesn't boot no light no screen just a small vibration

Does a red light light up when you try to boot it? If so, it could be an EROM problem, and to solve it, you will have to flash one.

it did but i thought it was the batery so i hooked it up to the charger now it doesn't do it anny more

Maybe you can try with jdflasher,to flash erom like main..Hm since it's cid 53..

ahh so nothing special just drag and drop the firmware

i already did that about 6 times but no luck with it
could it be the drivers that are broken or something i don't really know how these phone operating systems work

You dragged and dropped and EROM file or just the Main ?
