Ok I have been installing acoustic drivers, flash menus and themes, but at some point I managed to screw up my phoe SLIGHTLY.

It is fully functional but:

• Flash menus do not display
• A2 Uploader returns the message "bad ACK" or something like that

So I figure I have messed something up as I have reinstalled drivers and tried a different computer.

What I need is a simple explanation of how to basically restore my phone's firmware to how it was before I began to mod it.

It is a green K850i, unlocked, o2 unbranded UK phone.

Can someone tell me how to reflash a stock firmware and a link to said firmware please?

Will this work even if my phone is at the most current firmware?

I can't believe I didnt think of that, I will try tomorrow and report back here. Thanks for the quick reply.

SEUS should normally give you the opportunity to 'update anyway', which is the same as a full reflash.
