There are tutorials everywhere on converting 760 to 800 etc... but how in the world do you just flash a W800i?

Every time I attempt to do it I get "Failed sending flashblock2. Returnvalue 0x7C" On top of this, XS++ detects the Region, CDA, Firmware Version and EROM as "n/a"

The only thing I can guess is that I don't have the right FS and Main files but I have no idea which ones to get because everything is "n/a"!!!

I got the infamous WSOD a while back...tried doing everything on this forum and other forums but there is no direct tutorial. Am I missing something; I tried looking all over this forum and used the search bar. HOW DO YOU FLASH A W800i AND WHAT FILES DO YOU NEED (FS and MAIN)?!

What version of XS are you using?

Cannot open GDFS ..
I think your GDFS is somehow corrupted ..
but you can still try SEFP (sony ericsson flash plugin) ..

I downloaded FAR before posting this thread but to be completely honest I don't know what it's for? Any way to generalize exactly what the program does and how I would go about fixing my problem with it?

On a side note: I do have internal pictures I took that I would like to retrieve, any way of getting them?

Go to Youtube.com and search for "how to flash w810"... its similar to w800.

pay close attention to the vids ur watching and follow step by step.

flashing w800 and w810 is the same, but with different MAIN and FS.
