what do i need for elfs and where can i find the files.

my firmware is W800_R1BC002_MAIN_EU_EMEA_RED49

i have searched the forums but i cant find the place to download the lib's

im looking to get the sleepmode elf but i cant find where to get the elf's installed onto my phone.
