I am having a problem with my k550i it`s suddnly start to show me that the headphones are connected but the aren`t so now i can`t talk but the great thing that i can play the radio with no headset
i did Master reset and didn`t work and i even change it`s software and also it didnt work
sooooooooooo please help me it`s my first request in the site

Bring it back to service, this is a hardware issue, and can't be done at home very easely.

You should try this.
