Hello everybody and must I say what a great forum. I have recently bought a W595 which has the Se-nseMe technology. I downloaded the Media Manager 1.2 on my PC and after I "told" the MM the whereabouts of my music files (downloaded from the net and not from CD), I imported them to the MM. The various music files (about 1.5GB) were visible on the MM top part and after this I went to the "Se-nseMe Analysis" button where all my songs where analised by the MM. After this analysis was finished, I clicked on the down arrow to send the files to the phone. I have done this procedure twice and NONE of the songs out of 1.5GB music file stays in the mobile phone as Se-nseMe (Se-nseMe total=0). What am I doing wrong? Thanks for the help and for the great forum. thumbsup.gif

Hi there!

Welcome to SE-NSE. It sounds like the library hasn't been updated on your phone. You should try to do a manual library update in Media.

Oh, and next time, please choose the place you create your threads more carefully smile.gif

Hello Mizzle,

I sincerely apologise for my mistake on placing the thread.
I have updated manually the media and I still have no music tracks on SenseMe. I have about 362 music tracks and they were all "SenseMe Analysed".
Any other sugestions please?

Thanks.
Mizzle
No problem smile.gif

Check the Media Manager settings, and make sure this is how SensMe is set up:

- File type: MP3
- Music Target: NOT Automatic
- Always encode music as MP3: NOT checked
- Perform SensMe: Checked

If that doesn't help, you should try taking out the memory card and restarting the phone.

Now I see what was wrong:

I had the "Music Target" ON Automatic and the "always encode music as MP3 checked!
One last point, please Mizzle: What Music Target sould I choose in the settings to have the normal to good quality sound?
Mizzle
What are your options? (I can't remember right now, and I haven't got it installed on this PC)

The options are:

128Kbps MP3 or 160Kbps MP3 or 192Kbps MP3 and the last one 256Kbps MP3. There are other options below 128Kbps MP3 but I have not written those as they are not very popular to use.
Mizzle
Feel free to choose any of those between 128 and 256 Kbps smile.gif
