Hi

Is it possible to put the generic sony software onto a W302 currently locked to Virgin Mobile UK or failing that does anybody know how to enter the unlock codes I paid Virgin for?

The <**< to get to the unlock menu doesn't work with this phone.... :-(

Thanks in advance.

Well that is how you get to the menu to enter the code.
Check if you can access the service menu >*<<*<*

Yes - I can access the service menu but not the menu to enter the unlock codes. From web-searching it seems that this phone is re-branded Sagem - 'Neptune' based - whatever that means!

I think this thread is maybe a little bit dead, but to enter a unlock code you need to put a not-accepted simcard in the phone and then after you entered the pin of that simcard the phone will ask for the unlock code.
