I plugged in my w810i to my computer to transfer some files and since I unplugged it, it keeps getting stuck at the SonyEricsson boot screen. Nothing happens when i press any of the keys. I have to remove the battery to turn it off. Do I need to flash the firmware?

Flashing new firmware is your best bet. esnips or willmaster.at are the best places to look for firmware.

Well u have the option to flash ur phone, so why not try something else before flashing it. Just start ur phone without mmc in it. Ur card might have gotten corrupted while transfering files. It harmless to try, so give it a try.
