Hey all... Just bought a used K800i and discovered the radio is not working. I have the OEM headphones plugged in the bottom of the phone. I can dial freqs in but no sound is playing, when I do a scan.. same thing - no channels found.

Any possible suggestions?

turn on FM and close AM that should work else try a new headphones

Tried to look how to turn off the AM, but it's only a FM radio. Will need to look for a new earphone somewhere.

well, maybe you live in a area where you have weak radio signal. Oh, and if you're using R8BA024, then you should flash it, cos that's the most buggy firmware for the K800, that I ever used.
