i am having super problems flashing my w910i. i followed the cda generator guide but the program does not run in my computer. (i have tried all versions even in different computers.)when i open it i get an error msg program cannot be initialized properly. i cannot update the firmware by seus. i have been trying for almost 8 month to flash it. the phone is very buggy. i thinks its a developper's phone as it is brown. i tried a2upload to upload some files to the phone i shutdown the fs manager, stop and quit. then start my phone . entered pin. shutdown. open seus. i followed instructions but still cannot get the latest firmware. i have the R1AB056 firmware. i know its old. i checked whether the customized_upgrades.xml by a2upload but i cannot see the file there. anything that i upload by a2upload are not saved. above is the log of a2upload and below is the log of xs++

Yes your phone is BROWN, CID 49.
Retail DB3150 phones are CID 52.

so how can i change the cid 49 to 52
