ive tried replacing the display driver but recently i updated the firmware and CID to 52, tried reflashing this but nothing has happened

W850i When i start up my phone everything goes fine, the b acklight is on but when you shut the keypad it goes off and only comes on at random times

Sounds like a faulty flex.
Is there anything I could do to repair it?

If you feel like taking your phone apart you can fit a new cable. If not take the phone to a phone repair shop
