flashed this phone 2 times already and i changed antina with a new one and i still cant connect to rogers network and they use GSM 850/1900

plz i welling to pay money just to get that phone fixed plz

i know you have to copy this line:



and put it in notepad and save it as a .txt file (well text file) but i can't remember what next. it's either write script or write GDFS function you have to use in setool2 lite and the 850MHz band is added to the phone. i honestly think it's write script function but wait until some else can clear this up before trying it. but the line i posted up is the correct one for the 850MHz

ok so im in germnay now and i use my simcard with the same sellphone and its working fine here in germany :'( i just donno why its not working in canada anymore

are you using a rogers sim? looks like it's locked.. What brand is it - did you get it from rogers or fido?

My experience: I could not log onto Rogers after flashing because the main and the fs did not match.

After flashing another now matching main/fs pair, I could log onto rogers

u don't need to flash your phone because it wont turn into a quad band phone.all you need to do is to put that script from archive in "misc" on setool as .txt format and pres "write script".


belive me it will work 100%.i had a k790a and thats the way i make it quad band.
