noob here

i used my k800i as a modem (via cable) yesterday...
its OK for a moment then its restarting and blinking in white screen
i try to turn it off then turn it on again, still its blinking in white screen
i need ur opinion, wat happen to my k800i?
how can i repair it?
is it hardware or firmware issues?
what tools do i need to repair it?

any info will be appreciated

Try flashing your phone with XS++

My W900i sometimes does that, (but i don't use it as a modem) all i do is take the memory card out, then restart. When it comes on i put the memory card back in.

This usually works

memory card takeout trick doesnt work. its still restarting even without m2.
trying to understand about se flashing still. i use 2 mod m-phones.
so, when i power up my k800i its start on white screen then its restarting again n again. how can i flash with tat kind of situation?
