when i connect my cell to my laptop ( fone is off)
i keep restarting idk why

Are you pressing 'C' or '2' (Not sure which it is on a W580i!) when plugging the phone into your laptop? You need to do this to get the phone into the 'flash' mode.

Install these http://forums.se-nse.net/index.php?autocom...mp;showfile=764 , and you hold down C for the w580

when i install the file theres an error it said "the INF file you selected does not support this method of installation"

im using window vista home premium 64 bit

but my fone keep restarting

can u post a pic of the fone when the flash and the usb cable r in

Turn off the phone.
Remove the battery.
Out again the battery and press "C".
Now, pressing C connect the phone in PC and only leave the the press C when the PC connection is started!!
You ll see in Setool logs!!

He needs to install flash driver first i think..
