I have a question....
how can we format our mobile (w850i in my case R1KG001) brannd new.....
i want it to be completely new? no prev files stored/nocontacts etc.....
please help.....
i am unable to delete some files from the memory..... whenever i try to delete those - i get the message"operation failed"..... i have flashed it, dooes not work.... i have master reset it... still it does not work.....
any one with some idea please help.....
