Hey everyone.

I am new to this site and new to modding my SE580i.
I have been trying to install the sliding sounds elf on my phone. It is debrandded and I have some flash themes and stuff on here. I have been searching trying to find the right quide or steps to make the sound slide and maybe later, other elfs to work on my phone.

Basically, where should I start? Do I need to do some more work to my phone before I can start using elfs? Or do I need to just get the correct patches? How do I install patches? Sorry for all the questions, I just couldn't find the concrete info I needed in some of the elfs stickies or through the search function.

How to I install patches? Do I flash the main firmware in XS++ with the patches?

if your phone is debranded all you need to apply patches is setool or far manager you cant apply patches with xs++
