Full Version: Want To Start, But Missing Drivers

Hi, I moved to SE phone a week ago (from Nokia), and wanted to try myself at modding, but have the problem of finding driver for it.

Technical info:

phone: SE C702 + DCU-65 cable (some older cable from other phone should be somewhere at home if it may change something...)
OS: KUbuntu hardy (8.04) AMD64

I've searched on the net, but couldn't find where to get it.

Can someone here help me?

Search for XS++ for linux.

1) It's (the XS++ for linux) at beta stage
2) I want first to make my OS to recognize the phone, before signing to any beta tests
3) I saw at forums, that SE phones are connectible to Linux, so it looks like I need some drivers, that I can't find
4) I did started this thread at firmware forum, as you pointed at your post

P.S.

but I'm not a noob at using forums...

Yes its the beta - and the only software for linux.

Many people have used it and I haven't seen anyone's phone dying because they used it.

Its your choice.
