well, i think he is using the vista flash menu u can get arround here. the background pic seems to be just a screenshot, but if u are using elfs, use desktop elf and u can easily create these icons. well and the rest is just one of these thousands of vista themes. i'll look for a link, but the vista menu isn't that hard to find
