Hello,
first timer here. I'm hoping someone may be able to point me in the right direction. I kinda screwed up my SE K750i on Epic Fail day (Otherwise known to the yanks as 4th July but as I'm a Brit Epic Fail seemed more suitable!), now from what I can tell I dropped it...I was rather drunk you see.

Since then the screen has had faint horizontal white lines on the screen, now I thought I'd have to replace the LCD screen setting me back about £30, but last night I dropped the phone again - yes I know, stupid but I'm a clutz. Well oddly after I dropped it the screen became crystal clear again, like nothing ever happened.

Now when I moved the phone from the desk to go show someone it had healed itself it went back to the lines over it again. I'm wondering what would cause this? Could it be that the drops detached and reattached something that is loose? If so can someone explain to me in insanely basic terms how to reattach the ribbon and everything else that's in there, I've looked at the guides and I'm really unsure.

Hopefully someone can help, I'm sorry for rambling on but I'd love to sort out my phone.

Thanks,
Stacie

well certainly sounds like a hardware problem. Depends how far you want to go to fix the phone? you can pick up a K759 cheap these days so I wouldnt recommend paying £30 for a new screen. Try ebay! are you willing to dismantle your phone and put in a new screen yourself? youll get one on ebay for 10 to 15 pounds
