Are these files appropriate for flashing a w580i cid53 with service info ROGERS (I live in canada):

W580_R8BE001_MAIN_GENERIC_LA_RED53.mbn
W580_R8BE001_FS_ROGERS_RED53.fbn
W580i_CDA102774_167_R4A_Rogers_Canada

The R8BE and CDA 102774 all match up, I'm just worried because I can't find a custpack that matches my fs (the closest I found was this rogers_canada.)

I've used xs++ to flash some w810i's but never Far Manager, so I figured it would be best to double check on here to make sure I don't brick up my phone. Any help appreciated.

Why are you using a ROGERS fs and custom pack? Surely theres a genric american FS and custom pack out there?

i just checked my phone using >*<<*<* and saw that it said ROGERS
will my phone still work in Canada if I use a GENERIC_AMERICA?

i have a rogers w580i.............im using generic firmware and fs.

OK so i just flashed my phone
and now im getting the damn configuration error

i flashed with:
W580_R8BE001_MAIN_GENERIC_LA_RED53.mbn
W580_R8BE001_FS_AMERICA_1_RED53.fbn
HB1_06_Gen_CDA102568_106_R8A_GENERIC_AMERICA_1

now i know my phone is CDA102774_167 R4A and that main and firm are compatable
is that why my phones getting an error?
do i need a different custom pack?!

Only with FAR MANAGER and Plugin JD you can flash CID53.
And your firmware is right.

yea, probably a faulty custpack.

you should use JDFlasher plugin for the FAR Manager, as DaDih said. You can get a custpack from the link in my signature which says HB1-06 Custpacks

Or you can download a generic Custpack too.
But the Custpacks of the Krx are very useful.

HB1-06 custpacks are generic custpacks for all DB2020 phones.
