Regarding the topic title, I was wandering if I could add chinese language pack into my current firmware, an EUROPE 5 file? Anyone knows how? I actually tried once doing it following one of the member's guide in adding languages but it doesn't work. Anyone care to help? Advance thanks to those who's able to help out. Cheers. wink.gif

to use a chinese language pack you need to have a chinese main installed. I dont think it'll work otherwise. My K850i has a chinese main with apac-anz FS and i can get it on that. I think you can install other languages no problems tho

That's right.

Chinese glyphs are found in the MAIN, not in FS like other languages.

Unfortunately for Simplified Chinese only the MAIN_CHINA supports it. If you are looking at only reading Chinese then you can flash in a generic MAIN and a APAC_FS.
