if you mean FS branded stuff, you can leave it as long as you have match generic firmware compatible with an elfpack.
Example:
if you have an orange main, you need to change to generic, but if you have fs operator stuff and generic main, you can flash elfpack with no issues.

you can set languages you want that match your firmware, and activate it in customize.xml (or customize_upgrade.xml)
(customize.xml requires master reset, customize_upgrade.xml dont)

how can I check what Firmware I have again? or is it the Db2020?
All I really want to add from the elves is the Soundslide that's why I'm wondering.

Well I have a AT&T phone and I've been wondering if its possible to add other languages like Japanese, Philippine, German, etc.
So I guess I would need a certain firmwares for certain languages if I am correct?
