Ok so i have a W890i and when someone rings me theres no sound it just vibrates even though its on full ringer volume, but when i go to walkman i can listen to music and everything, so thats what i dont get, i took it to the shop and got it flashed but same, so i was wondering if anyone could help out.

You sure its not on silent mode or anything?

Its not on silent, even the guy at the shop was confused about this

how about sending it back to se cos i think u got warranty right?

I do know if its still under warranty, well it should be right, because the phone aint been out for a year, or has it?

Dont think so: I recall seeing it here in about feb.

But anyway, thats not the point:the warrenty begins when you purchase the phone, and Im pretty certain the warrenty is for two years. Double check the manual for the phone (it will be right at the back for the warrenty information)

I dont have the manual or anything, i bought the phone second hand & i got just the phone.

Perhaps it's hardware fault get u'r money back man he sold u a faulty mobile

iv come across a few phones like this now, is it a common fault?
Also if i send it back to SE what will i need to give them as all i have is the phone only.
