is it possible to downgrade w580 frimware? I currently have the R8BA024 and would like to downgrade to better versions such as R6BC002 or R8BE001. Is it possible to do so? I'd have to do a normal flash? and which would be best firmware? main, fs and custom. (Note: I got my phone from the US, but I live in Europe using english language)

Also when I flash the phone it gets sim locked (as I already tried), and I have to unlock it, is it possible to unlock it with a simple patch? or I would have to use some type of physical tools?

Yes, you can flash to any W580 firmware.

No, you can't fully unlock it without paying, you have to patch unlock after every main flash.

Get R8BE001 (in this case, its an upgrade).

Get all the patches you want for R8BE001 here.

Just reflash with your new MAIN and FS.
Find your required firmware from here.

AFAIK, you can unlock by patch, but its not permanent, meaning after every reflash you got to patch it in again.
