my w580i decided that it didnt want to work anymore and the screen is going out. and i need to send it back. what do i need to do in order to get it flashed back the way i got it when i bought it from them? the carrier is at&t. what exactly do i need to do? plz help me havent got much time.

were can i find these at? i need start up images and sounds too. as for patches do i need to unpatch everything?

The images and sounds are stored in the FS so they will be the original ones after you flash the FS. The patches work by patching the MAIN-part of the firmware so they will be removed when you flash the MAIN. In other words, after flashing it with the correct FS and MAIN and using the correct custpack it will be all AT&T-branded again.
