Hello! I am desperate to debrand my Sony Ericsson K800i. It's on Vodaphone, I want to get rid of all the crap and use 02 so I can use their WAP.

I paid for credits at Wotanserver. They haven't sent me anything and are not replying to my emails. They've basically swiped £6.00 off me for nothing.

Can I do this for free and can anyone help?

Find ands download XS+ and some flash usb drivers

I have downloaded both. I click "check server" it says Error: Server not found. When I hold C and connect, it doesn't find the phone and disconnects.

I am a newbie and not very techy so you might have to speak very loudly and slowly for me I'm afraid.

Right ok. Is your phone off, memroy card out and sim out? If not, do so, and reinsert the battery. Do not turn on

Connect the USB cable to the phone and hold 'c'

A new hardware wizzard should pop up, you want to install the drivers manually, dont let windows search for the drivers as windows wont find them (they are the drivers you downloaded)

Once they are installed, try again with XS++

If youre still having problems, tell me what version of windows you are using (right click on my computer. then properties)
