I'm new to SE customization and would like to know, if it's possible, how to add latvian input language for SE W200? I have there latvian phone language, but for input there are just russian, english, standart abc (withot needed characters) and 123.
What tools do I need? What files?
When I connect with XS++4.1 there is this information

I have 4.1 x64 on Linux just to deal with CID 53.
Do I have to make a custpack or smthing? I've downloaded Tripov Language Pack 1.2, and actually don't know what to do next! Do I have to edit this pack for my phone (or insert missing lines and files into another custpack for W200)?
P.S.
Why manufacturers couldn't add input chars like "āčēģīķļņšūž" together with phone language?

Seems to me like its supports it if its identfying it. CID51 to CID52 are DEFO supported in XS++ 3.1 (FXS, GDFS, FLASH etc) - read on

Nope its DEFO db2012 - I also have a w200 and a w810. Db2012 and db2010 platforms are pretty much the same, hence why XS++ says its db2010 as it cant tell the difference

So, What should I do to add input language (new chars)?

You can use only the paid service to do this.

Do I have to bring it to SE service center? Can they do that?
And I hoped XS++ 4.1 or any other programm will help me.
So i can't do with my phone anything than just backup GDFS? sad.gif

Thats rubbish for a start thumbdown.gif

Search for JD flasher: it supports CID53 for editing the FS. The only thing you cannot do at the moment is patch

Paid service indeed(.) Den_po pretty much cracked CID53 for flashing pretty much when SEUS started updating to CID53 smile.gif
