Are there any firmware stuff I can do to it, and how would I upload it...

Only can be flashed/debranded.

You can just remove the provider logos and go to default sony ericsson firmware.
Update firmware , the latest one is R1FA035.

That will cost you though to debrand.

You can update the firmware with Sony Ericsson Update Service.

ya , you can't mode it till new virsion of xs++ released . you have to wait till that long .
