What was you doing? Generally, the answer is yes, but lets cure the whole thing, not just your phone

No, i didn't use that program. What is that by the way? (i'm retarded when it comes to computers)
I was using XS++ and somehow i clicked the wrong thing and now.... just a black screen and no power. My phone still syncs with the computer though. (makes a beep sound when i plug it in)

I don't have the log anymore.
My friend did it on his computer and we uninstalled XS++ and got rid of all the files.

But double check with us that the firmware files are the right ones BEFORE you do anything: IE connect the phone, then disconnect the phone, and put your full XS++ log here - Im not convinced you used the right firmware files either, so can you please also state what the full file names are after extraction please?
And "reinstall" XS++ to a folder on the desktop - makes it easier for you

It says configuration errer when i turn the phone on now. I think i need to put a cust pack or something now to patch it?
When i use Far Manager, i'll sync the phone (plug in and hold 'C') and it reads but when i try to open FS it has an error and says you need a certain cable????
What should I do?

download a copy off xs 3.1 and u can use that to put ur custom pack on it

tick the 3rd box on xs after it has read ur phone (3rd box custom )
So after MAIN and FS, I click the custom box and then i find my custom.xtm (or whatever type of file that is)?
There should be a drop-down selection on XS++ for the custpack.
