required for patching the mobiles i hope..

Have you even ran XS++ through your phone? Cos XS++ dont use REST files

And if you havent, I would straight away: theres CID36 in red and brown firmware, and CID49 in red and brown too. WHich one you have, is anyones guess

have you got a reading ffrom xs++ yet?

You will proberbly find it easier to patch using se tool2 lite (xs++ does not support patching) and just use xs++ for a custom pack after.

connect to xs++ and post the log here as the phone could be either cid36 or cid49

And if they have CID49 brown, then they also have to use JD flasher cous (diezil told me that)
