Am, Hi guys!!!!(Girls included as well.. ;p)
As u can c from the tittle i am experiencing some problems with my 1 n a half months old K850...So lets take things from the beginning...As i said.. i bought this phone 1 n a half months ago and despite it taking around 10-15 min to power up the first time it seemed fine..And just 4 the record...i ve never dropped it, or roughly shake it, nor has it been exposed to any kind of extreme conditions and neither have i spilled anything liquid on it...!! so i was pretty much taking care of it...but despite that it, sometimes sort of like flashed....like it does every time u power it up.(this started 2-3 days after i bought it) but i didnt pay much attention..actually non...cz i thought it was insignificant, as it came to in less than a min, this continued to happen with no specific reason whatsoever(Well if im not mistaking it took an action to cz the "flash"/blink e.g. when i received a msg or when i tried to turn the cam on)..And just today, it did that again while it was just sittin there (Not sure if it had received something) and i thought what the heck its gonna come to in a min, but to my surprise, it was taking more than 5 min so...i removed the battery(i didnt pay attention to the top so i havent got a clue on whether there was a red light or not) and then reinserted it again and pressed the power button....it seemed like it would be a normal power up but instead...it got stuck to the "blink"(just before the se logo,with only the keyboards lights and the cameras blue circle on......along with the 1 sec vibration before that and with no red light). I left it there 4 a couple of min and then removed the battery again, only this time i removed the mem stick and sim card along with it...and left it there 10 min or so.....I reinserted the battery....AGAIN..... without the rest and powered it up.......it was just the blink.....(with no red indicator)....the only time when the indicator appears is when i remove the battery n plug it in to a usb.....btw when i plug it in with the battery inserted my computer does that sound which does every time i connect somi on it and then the disconnect sound comes up and then blink......when i remove it, it powers down.....Oh..i ve also tried to flash with the xs++ but its not supported anws....However...in the log popped up somi that intrigued me.....it said "Warning: IMEI name does not match GDFS name (IMEI:NULL GDFS:K850)
20:20:55| ...using GDFS name" i used to know what these things mean but not anymore....so im back to the kinda newb.......
If anyone knows any possible way that may help in the regeneration of my k850 pls do tell..!!!! Im willing to do almost anything....(At least software stuff, im not quite bored of it ...yet...;p)

You have the Blue Ring of Death my friend.
Take it to a repair centre.

It's a common problem with the phone.
Try SEUS a few times too.

i mean i ve tried SEUS but it wont let me update cz i am, as it says, up to date....

You could try a paid service to reflash your phone. No other options I'm afraid.

I would just recommend to everyone, stay away from R1EA031.

perhaps kulandkendi still lets flash people for free but customization cost. So you could update the MAIN/EROM to solve this problem and then try to connect it via SEUS

No because then people could flash their main for free.

I took it to the shop today and they said they ll send it 2morrow and as soon as the technicians have their hands on it they ll call me.....Funny thing....he didnt even know how to open it to remove the battery....i hope the technicians arent that...sort of ..unaware of the phone....

I wouldn't let lag while listening to music stop me from buying a phone. It will be improved in firmware updates.

ok...so i got the phone 3 days back n fortunately it wasnt flashed to the same FW, but to R1CA037.
Man, this firmware is probably worse than the previous one...i mean, it maybe blue ring of death free but there s a lot of bugs in........4 example....after starting recording a video.....i cant turn the flash on or off.....or when i go to the preview button the blue camera buttons remain on...... JML..... btw, thx 4 ur help!!!!
