I took a slightly different approach, removed the spring and shutter so its always open untill I get a new ribbon/shutter, but you may find the pics usefull
It has a little motor and stuff in the shutter, its actually quite techy as far as shutters go.

I always face dust problem since i got this fone

k so is there a hardware tweak to fix this problem for good?

If mine gets stuck I will throw it at a wall.
That should fix it.
Or i might send it to SE in 10 bits if that doesn't work.

ya i also got the shutter jam problem which always kept open. so tried open all those stuffs and succeded opening safely. but couldn't fix it. but fortunately it fixed by itself after some 4 months..

even i want open it coz its very dusty in there

be careful man don't rush ever.. k850 is some what complex h/w

Stuck shutter can also be corrected the easy way by using a finger-nail to lift the portion below which shutter gets stuck (I tried this myself)
