Full Version: Usb File Transfer Problems
When ever i connect the phone to my pc via usb, and select file transfer the phone says its preparing and then just reboots and as it starts up it says its connected to my pc but my computer does not detect it. It is a s500i @ w580i and the usb worked in the past

Try to clean the handset port contact using soft tissue.
Give some small pressure when inserting it and try to adjust appropiate
try other usb port.

Its normal for it to reboot.
Are you sure it does not detect? Try changing USB ports. Try spamming F5 in My Computer.
