Hi guys, I recently got my W580i and was wondering if I have CID52 or CID 53. Also when I tried to connect using SE tool, the tool did not recognize the phone. I pressed C on the phone and then connect using USB. When I connect with USB, the phone screen shows up as file transfer or phone mode, and when I do file transfer, SE tool still don't recognize I've connected the phone.

and don't forgot to remove & then reinsurt the battery before connecting holding down C.

Youre supposed to have the phone off thats why

shut ur phone . start setool . choose ur phone model , click identefy . Then hold c button and connect ur phone with usb cable 2 pc . i hope that helps u .

If its your first time pluggin' it in, you still have to follow number1's instructions to install the drivers.
