I'm not lazy with creating this thread..
I've search anywhere, now I just have the W660 R8BB001 elfpack patches..
Then, I only have screenshooter.elf

Trying search for another elf in iprotebe, Lasyk, and this thread... But I couldn't found for W660...

1) So, could anyone help me to give the W660 .elf links???

2) If we use newer .elf, must we patch with the latest elfpack patch??

1. All elves are universal, you just have to edit the settings in some of them. Use either elfpack or elfs sticky.

2. Depends which new functions have been added but it is advised to.

Well..
I've applied the patches for elf.. Both main and the library..
I also create the folders in phone memory's other and also in the memory stick's other..
Then I visit http://forums.se-nse.net/index.php?showtopic=20238
Downloaded the elves from the site offered..
But, why now my phone was crashed??
Could you tell me the links for the working elves for my W660 R8BB001 please.....

Screenshooter elf... Eh, how to use it?! I pressed musicplayer button then my phone crashed..

And I downloaded Elves from iprotebe, but, the site never say that the .elf for W660...

Hence, any other working .elf source??

Well.. You could say I'm totally n00b with Elf XD !! but, when I'm learnt, I'll help another people too..
Here I tell what I've done in order to gain Elf...

1) I crossflashed my Z610i to W660

2) Repairing camera stuff's, OLED display, and patched the quick access patch

3) I created ZBin, config, ini, and daemons folder inside other folder in both phone memory and card memory

4) Put DYN_CONST.bin on phone's other/config/

5) Patched elfpack.vkp and elf.lib.vkp for R8BB001

6) I put bookmanager.elf , masterelf.elf , and screenshooter.elf on phone's other/zbin/

7) I could run masterelf.elf for display battery temperature and modified clock appearance, but when I started screenshooter.elf then pressed my musicplayer button, my phone wap crashed...


Now, what should I do?? I totally confuse about the next step because I read in so many tutorials, and all of their guide is what I have done!! (Don't you know what I mean?! I mean, I've done the tutorial's steps untill I got stuck because the elf doesn't work)

So, I want to ask few questions

a) Is there any incomplete steps due to the working screenshooter.elf?? If there is, so what?!

b) If you said I must apply another strange file, could you post the direct link?! So far, I've browsed and only found these kind of files: .vkp, .lib.vkp, .bin, .elf

So if I must apply another file type, I confuse...

c) I found screenshooter.eww, errr what is this??

Elves are defo not my "thing" at the moment, in fact Im a little stuck with them as well for a w810 running r4ea031 firmware (mainly the editing of editing the ini files)

But: I do know that the screenshooter elf needs an ini file, as do some of the other elves (thats what the elf reads to determine which key you press to take the screen shot for example)

Have you guys with rebooting phones forgot to upload that file? Or did you even have one in the first place? In fact, Ive inclueded it on this post just in case you havent. You need to uncompress it, make sure its suitible for your phone (Ive no idea, I think its assigned to the play/pause button), and upload it to the config folder in your phone memory

I set the path to tpa because in my experience, if I set to usb or card, there would be new directory on my FS...
Hence, tell me what to do!!

Sure you got the latest lib from here?

If you're setting the path to tpa, make sure it goes something like' tpa/user/other/ScreenShots'

1) Must I unpatch the older library due to working the new library one??
Or, I just need to add the new library patch??

2) Should I patch the newest elfpack.vkp again??
Same as question 1), What should I do, unpatch the old elfpack.vkp or just add the new elfpack.vkp??

To be safe, unpatch the old and patch in the new.

Unless your ElfPack is a newer one, updating the lib alone does not need you to repatch ElfPack.

2) Why my screenshooter 1.2 elf crashed when I try to snap images in video call?!

3) Where is bookmanager set?! The .elf and .ini!? Tried at iprotebe and svn just have the .elf... About SE-LIFE, the link was broken..

4) Any recording video elf?! I wish to record my phone activity as video...
Need it to post some tutorials..

1. Yes, the version that doesn't use bcfg but is 1.3 does.

2. Not sure.

3. Look for Bookmanager 2.8 on elfpack.

Here is where you can find ScreenShooter 1.2, saves images as jpg, and settings are in ini.
