Full Version: Using Jdflasher to Run .VPK for K510i

I've got the following situation:
my K510i with CID 50 is network locked (for a network not available in my country - a stupid mistake on my part when buying on e-bay). So basically the situation is the following:
I was able to flash the main and fs firmware for the phone to a similar version (as I couldn't find the firmware files online for the one I had previously, in order to run the vpk patch generator). But SEtools2 doesn't allow running VPK scripts for CID 50 phones (so I've understood from my experience and reading up on the subject). So I wonder what other options I have? I read somewhere that jdflasher could theoretically be up for the task but I just don't understand how it works. I installed FAR and added jdflasher to it.
I'm able to connect to the phone via FAR/jdflasher. But - what do I do there?
I see two folders:
x oflash
x ofs
I can enter both and within oflash when I press Copy for the VPK file that should be the right one the copy window which offers to write the file as a vpk patch has all elements inactive and not pressable (apart from the cancel button). So maybe you have an idea on what I could do?
Or maybe there's some other software that I can use apart from jdflasher?

Anybody has an idea why I don't have the bflash folder in the menu?

So it means that I've got now a great brick on my hands?
