I did this on my K750 with FAR, changing the battery icon to blue, but I dont know how on the K800. I did a search "battery icon" in the firmware section but could not find anything on how to change it. Does anyone have a direct link to a thread?

Im guessing the signal, bluetooth, etc icons are changed the same way?

well first start of with the "quick access patch"..
then find suitable *.vkp patches (for your phone and FW version) and patch them

in the "Quick Tutorial | Using Jdflasher To Patch Db2020" it says i need to download a copy of my MAIN. I cant find it on Topsony, they only have my FS, but no main

Ok, I downloaded the MAIN, put ith through the Quick Access thing. I got into the phone, and when I try and enter bflash it says "full plugin installation is required" I got the file from den_pro's original post http://forums.se-nse.net/index.php?showtop...t=0&start=0

What am I missing? Does anyone know of a place I can get the JDflasher and try?

ok, i did it with Setool2 lite and the first time I forgot to select bypass security. booted teh phone and it said insert correct sim card!

I redid it with the box checked and everything went fine but I still get that message.

so in the beginning I went into my personalized and every locked was unlocked except the network one. I never checked that when i got it off ebay though.


I cant use my phone now! how do I fix this??

Okay, I found a post and I downloaded Sim-lock patch generator and I found my FS and main that I originally had.

Im about to make a patch with the sim-lock generator. Once i do that I will use setool2lite to patch it? how do I put the patch on? just like I did the QApatch?

if it's a *.vkp patch then i suggest using jdflasher...
i got some strange errors using setool for patching.....

Alright, the good thing is I got my phone up and running again. The bad news is I have even more internet buttons I used the S_Asia_Levan custpak from http://forums.se-nse.net/index.php?showtopic=6170 and I got a buttom called music where my selection button should be (across from call button) and the regular internet buttom under menus is in a different language, but the icon says obox live.

Is there an easy way to fix this or is the simplest way to fix it flashing it again?

I fixed it, I couldn't wait since I know how to flash finalize etc. but still have a question. I flashed with America FS and used Europe custpak and it is working prestine, none of those buttons are there. Will I run into problems in the future? everything is like when I first got the phone. just want to double check.

time to work on my patchings

Ok, I was charging my phone last night and I noticed I get charging non-standard battery. So I switched my phone off and back on and plugged it back in. It would then say optimized charging. After awhile I disconnected it for about 4 minutes and plugged it back in and the charging non standard battery pops back up. Whats the deal here? could it be because of the different custpak I used? What are the concerns I should be worried about? THe battery charged to 90% but I think that happened when i got it to show optimized charging.
