How do you unlock a SE K510i from a T-mobile network to anything else? (preferably Blyk)

I just thought you had to flash the firmware, which I have done, and I've added a custom pack
It still says when I put the blyk sim card in "Insert Correct Sim Card"

What do I need to do?

To unlock your phone you need to create a .vkp patch from your MAIN file useing SIMlockPatchGen and apply it with your software (Setool2lt will do it, just check to see if you phone is supported.) Look at this tutorial for some help http://forums.se-nse.net/index.php?showtopic=29591

I just patched my phone a few times now and everytime I patch it with SETool2 my phone doesn't turn on, so I have to re-flash it then it just goes back to saying "Insert Correct SIM Card"

How can I patch it without it dying?

I've already tried that, whenever I patch it with the .vkp which I made with SIMlockpatchgen my phone just dies, it doesn't turn on. So I have to flash it to fix it...

I think this is something to do with a rest file.

UNLOCKED!

I had to do the patch and flash it with firmware at same time, but I then got a "Configuration Error" message so I just had to re-flash my custom pack
