Any ideas where I can get a red erom from? http://www.iprotebe.cz/ says:

yet my internet is fine? i did have problems connecting to this site yesterday on a public terminal

Ive tried IE and firefox! Firefox being the better of the two!

If you cant think of anything decent then leave your keyboard alone

By decent I mean a link to a CID49 RED erom, or at least a location of one

i'm finding red for CID36 but not CID49. why you want to change it to red so badly?

Thought it had to be red to flash and patch

Since found out it can be done using jdflasher on the brown firmware

Im also having the same problem finding brown firmware (ie either k750 or w800 in brown)

use red firmware. i had already done this with a W600. use jdflasher for everything. the only thing i wasn't able to do/ haven't tried to do, was backup the GDFS. did everything else with jdflasher. patch, flash, change acoustics, etc.

well it's your choice to try it or not. but with the W600 i did it to, the erom stayed brown but the firmware was red

the only erom for cid49 from iprotebe

u can try opera too...
