i want to extract the images from some .vkp patches so i can see which images are being replaced and so i can take out all the ones i don't want. gfx replacer isn't working for me because it always gives me errors.

There are 2 gfx replacement programs, that are not compatible with eachother. Try extracting in both of the programs

umm i only found GFXRPL_2020_1_2 and it didn't work for me. i dont no about the other one

You can extract the images with IDA + ApplyPatch.idc.

Open Raw Firmware with IDA and apply GFX patch.

Once Patched go fo File / Save As.. Raw.

Now Open Raw with ImageTool and Save the image you want
