So, I want to change an image, the only patch I found for it is for R6BE002 and 24, Was wondering if it would work on a R8BE001...

All patches are firmware dependent. So it probably won't work.

He's right. Get all those .png files and make your own .vkp patch. It ain't that hard, alot of people have learned how to do it. Google for the DB2020 GFX Program. Be sure to read a tutorial.
