Hi everyone. I have SE K750 update to SE W800. When i install software logo,my logo is gone then i reset my phone. When i restart the phone,the menu start phone and music only out. I can't press both. My keypad not broken. When i press walkman button,walkman is out. I just can hear the music..

Try downloading setool 2 lite. It's the free version. Since XS++ is a little bit more difficult to flash with, use SEtool.
Download all the files needed for K750i. The phone you have is very popular so it shouldn't be so hard finding the firmware for it.
