Oh and I can't install the usb drivers when I follow the instructions from http://forums.se-nse.net/index.php?showtopic=17540 (Windows XP)
It doesn't show the USB Flash Device tray, instead it goes into file manage mode.

latest is R8BE001_RED52
download MAIN,FS and finalize with custom pack

hold c and insert usb cable to phone,in system tray it say found new device then use the usb flash drivers
