Hi Everyone!

First off....THANK YOU ALL for the information provided here! The information proved invaluable while debranding my new w580i with ATT.

I used much of the information here and used SEtool2 lite to debrand the phone via this link....

Everything is working better than expected and I am VERY happy!

My only problem is that SE PC Suite 3.2 is not recognizing my phone via USB at all. I have gone to Phone mode but nothing. I have restarted many times, removed battery, etc.......but still nothing.

I need to use PC Suite so that I can synchronize my contacts/calendar with Outlook.

Does anyone know what is wrong? It worked fine prior to debranding.
Is there another solution aside from PC Suite to synchronize with Outlook????
