4 th last question its different from fone to fone.....in ma w810 i even added 79 patches and still not much lag[a small lag was there]

Look towards the bottom of the page. There's info on how to apply and remove patches. A really well-written guide.
Yes, but it is currently NOT possible to patch CID53s
With JDFlaher you do most things except patch a CID 53 phone
